2단계: 세포 육안 검사

그룹화된 셀의 결함에 대한 전체 검사: 누출, 긁힘, 찌그러짐, 펑크, 부기, 부적절한 폼 정렬(탭 노출 또는 하단 폼 누락).

3단계: 전압/저항 테스트

셀 전압과 내부 저항을 측정하고, 편차가 과도한 셀을 선별하고 균형을 재조정합니다.

4단계: 탭 자르기

탭 절단기를 사용하여 전극 탭을 사양에 맞게 다듬습니다.

5단계: 주석 적용

초음파 용접기로 탭을 용접하고 평평하게 정렬되도록 다듬습니다.

6단계: 탭 트리밍

탭을 용접 지점과 같은 높이로 자르고 폼 패딩 위에 평평하게 누릅니다.

7단계: 와이어 납땜

전기 다리미를 사용하여 전선을 납땜합니다.

8단계: 단열재 삽입

단열을 위해 크래프트지를 깔고 고온 접착 테이프로 덮습니다.

9단계: 케이스 조립

어셈블리 사양에 따라 배터리 모듈을 케이스에 설치하고 배선을 연결합니다.

10단계: 충전/방전 테스트

모듈을 충전기에 연결하고, 표준 전압 모드로 전환하고, 완속 충전을 활성화하고, 충전을 시작합니다.

11단계：봉인

나사 구멍에 실란트를 바르고 홈이 파인 실리콘 플러그를 설치한 후 지정된 지점에서 밀봉을 강화합니다.

12단계: 최종 기능 테스트

통신, 출력 전압, 온도 감지, 방전 곡선 및 누출을 확인합니다.

13단계: 최종 육안 확인

긁힘, 접착제 잔여물, 벗겨진 나사가 있는지 검사하고 라벨이 잘 읽히거나 손상되지 않았는지 확인합니다.

14단계：포장

유닛에 라벨을 붙이고, 폼 안감 상자에 넣고, 건조제가 든 PE 백에 밀봉한 다음 상단 폼 패딩으로 고정합니다.

15단계: 배송
