Actieve materialen, geleidende middelen en bindmiddelen worden gelijkmatig gedispergeerd in oplosmiddel om elektrodeslurry te vormen.
De gehomogeniseerde slurry wordt op aluminiumfolie gecoat en gedroogd om elektrodenvellen te vormen.
Gecoate elektroden worden onder gecontroleerde druk samengeperst tot een bepaalde dikte.
